These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ria66 and any individual ("User", "Player", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the ria66 platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager on ria66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on theria66 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credit (where applicable), and unsettled winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by ria66 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a Player's verified payment instrument (including Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay; bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB; DuitNow; FPX; or approved cryptocurrency) into the Player's Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required byria66 before processing any withdrawal or as otherwise required by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the ria66 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at ria66.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked through qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Account to their verified payment instrument.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the statistical percentage of all wagered amounts that a game is designed to return to players over a large number of rounds, expressed as a percentage.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ria66, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

3. You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

5. You do not currently have an existingria66 Account that is active, suspended, or under review. Only one Account per person is permitted.
6. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of ria66 or any associated company, unless written approval has been granted.
7. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To create an Account on ria66, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. Each player may hold only one Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory before ria66 processes any withdrawal request, or at any time the Platform dems verification necessary for compliance purposes. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account statement, or crypto wallet address confirmation)

ria66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze an Account, or request additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance programme. Failure to provide requested documentation within14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. ria66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Your use of the ria66 Platform is subject to the following general terms of use, in addition to any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform:

• You may only use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Commercial exploitation of the Platform in any form is strictly prohibited.
• You must access the Platform only through interfaces and methods provided or authorised by ria66. Use of bots, automated scripts, data scraping tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in an unauthorised manner is prohibited.
• You agree not to engage in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or coordinated abuse of the Platform's systems, games, or promotions.
• ria66 reserves the right to void any bet, reverse any transaction, or suspend any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of system abuse, technical error exploitation, or fraudulent activity.

• All bets placed and accepted on ria66 are final once confirmed. ria66 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets on the basis of a change of mind after placement.

ria66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT, and Litecoin (LTC).

The following deposit terms apply to all Players:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the Player through account settings. Mandatory deposit limits may be applied byria66 at its discretion for responsible gambling purposes.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX transfers are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after 1–2 blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Deposit fees: ria66 does not charge fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from payment instruments that are registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Players may request withdrawals of eligible funds from their Account subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fully satisfied before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's eligible balance or any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits for the Account tier.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name, consistent with the deposit source where technically feasible.

Estimated processing times are as follows, measured from the time ria66 approves the withdrawal request:

Processing times are indicative. During periods of peak demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. ria66 does not guarantee specific withdrawal times beyond its stated best-effort commitment.

ria66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through additional accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the Account reviewed.
• Wagering requirements: Most welcome bonuses and reload bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be met within the stated validity period before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Specific wagering multiples (e.g., 10x, 18 35x) are stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced percentage — or not at all — towards the completion of wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the applicable bonus terms.

All betting and gaming activity on ria66 is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Sports betting: Bets on football matches — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, Europa League, and FA Cup — are governed by individual sport rules. Odds are quoted as decimal and are subject to change up to the time a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds applicable at the time of confirmation apply.
• Live betting: Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. ria66 reserves the right to void any live bet placed after the event outcome is known or determinable.
• Casino and slot games: All slot and live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers and are governed by their respective published RTP rates and game rules.ria66 does not control the random number generators of third-party game providers.
• Cancelled or abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise unable to be completed within the applicable settlement timeframe, ria66 will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
• Palpable errors: ria66 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error (e.g., grossly incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction). Players will be notified, and stakes will be returned in such cases.

ria66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity and is obligated to act on indicators of problem gambling when they become evident.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, configurable at any time through account settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders to alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cool-off periods: Temporary account suspension from24 hours to 30 days, during which the Account cannot be accessed for gambling purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on theria66 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (whether under the same or different personal details)
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity
• Abusing promotions through systematic exploitation or coordination with other users
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other tool with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise identity
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point in the account registration, KYC, or support process
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insiderknowledge betting on any sporting event
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ria66 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ria66 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ria66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ria66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ria66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ria66 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or the accuracy of any information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ria66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the ria66 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ria66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ria66.

The Platform incorporates games and software provided by third-party developers. All rights in such third-party content are reserved by the respective owners. ria66 makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property used under licence.

ria66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
• Violation of the Platform's prohibited conduct rules
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies

Account closure by the Player: Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting ria66 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be considered, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment instrument within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification checks.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant.ria66 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Such fees will not exceed the account balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ria66 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by ria66's compliance team.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. ria66 makes no representation that access to and use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is each Player's personal responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before creating an Account or placing any wager.

ria66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material change is made, ria66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ria66.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.
